Our Interim Pastor

Pastor Keeley

I am a native of Baltimore, Maryland and became a confirmed and communing member of St. Philips Lutheran Church in 1964. My education achievements include:

1)Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Cultural Anthropology from Morgan State University, 1974

2) Master’s degree in City Planning/Public Policy Analysis from Morgan State University, 1977

3) Master’s degree in Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary, 1989

I am married to Crystal Keeley and the father of four children. My first call was to the Pastoral Office of Saint Mark Lutheran Church in Eastpoint, Georgia. My second call was to New Hope Lutheran Church in Dayton, Ohio. I recently celebrated 28 years of Ordained Christian Ministry.

I am the author of an article published in the February 2011 edition of the Lutheran Magazine, MY VIEW section, entitled: “Human Needs Are First.” My short story entitled: “Forgiving the Father I Never Knew”– (A Journey to Peace) was published in August 2016. My current literary project entitled: “REGARDLESS OF PERSON” addresses the diverse nature of the multicultural church. Besides writing, I enjoy poetry, theological study, aerobic activities and the arts.

It is with sincere humble honor that I accepted the call as interim to the Pastoral Office of All SaintsLutheran Church. As the church undergoes pastoral change I pray that my pastoral contribution brings positive change and enduring stability to the mission and ministry of the church.
